  1. EA says:

Edgar Castillo is on loan at San Luis, for those who are adamant that he should have started in the World Cup (or similar foolishness) and would like to bask in his glory.

  2. Ethan says:

Ss Once Caldas Juan Carlos Osorios team?

  3. BCC says:

Really appreciate you printing the TV schedule each week, Ives.

  4. wildchild says:

    Vamos Pachuca!

  5. SurfGuyI says:

Im sort of torn between Pachuca & America. Since I spent that 48 hours embedded with America & Cruz Azul with my cameras:

Im not sure who to root for. Maybe just to enjoy a good match…

  6. Jonathan says:

HaHaHa – the Dynamo wishes Pachuca the best. Come back to Houston anytime.

Are the FCD commentators even in Toronto?? Is that what their FO sees as coverage? Guess they’re trying to run out what fans they have left.

  7. soccerroo says:

No they are not at the game and the fact that they are trying to pipe in crowd noise is just awful.

  8. soccerrooo says:

There sure is a lot of sloppy play in Toronto. I know it is raining but you would think they would have the right shoes for these conditions

  9. cfern says:

is that really what that annoying noise is? They could have at least used vuvuzelas.

  10. Jim says:

They can’t even show the game in HD because they are sending the feed through a studio that in Dallas that doesn’t have HD broadcasting (where the announcers are at). That crowd noise would be great on my alarm clock. FCDallas; old school MLS quality.

  11. soccerroo says:

yes at the start of the second half they actually have live sound. so it should get better. You can now hear the drums and some chants that Toronto is famous for.

  12. Jim says:

Yes, they changed it back to the sounds of the stadium. Thank goodness.

  13. SurfGuyI says:

is there somewhere you can view live streaming for free?

  14. Tony in Quakeland says:

Noce goal, set up by a nice, sharp pass from DeGuzman with a great trap on a dead run.

  15. TheDude says:

    atdhe *cough* net *cough*

  16. ericJ says:

Toronto diving and Hacking all over the field. Mista did nothing. Sanyang doing his best Dutch performance injurying whoever he can and then diving. The ref sucked pretty bad.

  17. aoccerroo says:

Well not the best game but I think the outcome was better than maybe FCD played. The weather was huge factor in the game and 1-1 tie is a good as you can expect.

  18. Tim F. says:

Agreed; really like this feature of the website.

  19. Paul, North Jersey says:

This is the 1st time I’ve ever been excited for a Mexican league game. Pachuca’s new number one fan right here.

  20. says:

    What does this mean Ethan?

  21. ... says:

Your list is missing a game: Atlante v Santos is on Telemundo at 10 PM Eastern.

  22. boludo says:

what aboot portsmouth vs dc united

  23. CSD says:

    Could be an interesting one:

“…and to top it off, they’re uniforms haven’t made it. So they are tentatively scheduled to wear D.C. United white kits, and DCU will wear black.”

  24. Thor says:

will they trade jersey at the end of the match

  25. CSD says:

TFC vs Dallas wasn’t a bad second half but Mista looked very outpaced. On a few TFC attacks he was no where to be found. Hopefully it is just his adjustment period and he’ll improve and pick up the pace. Weird to say but that new DP ain’t as good as Chad Barrett, who actually looks very good on the wing.

  26. Machista Gay says:

lol Houston vs Crew has an interesting ref…

    Pretty sure I saw a handball, a WWE close line, a Karate Kid-esque trip…none called…

I mean who really needs to protect players making 40k…

  27. CSD says:

    No before

  28. Machista Gay says:

Just 15 minutes into the game, I bet he is just warming up

  29. CSD says:

Still in the first half 2-0 to DC United and Portsmouth already has a man sent off for 2 yellows.

  30. Brandon says:

Everyone should go to the front page of right now

  31. 234134123413 says:

  32. kfly says:

    Anyone have DCU-Pmouth stream?

  33. Jim says:

Pachuca with a penalty kick to go up 2-0.

  34. Isaac says:

Things going well for Pachuca. 2-0 up at the half and looking pretty much in control of things. Torres has look decent. The first 15 minutes were mixed for him, connecting some good passes, including one good cross field switch for his right fullback, and some not so good passes. He calmed down after that, although he kind of seemed to disappear from the game for a little bit.

  35. Never First says:

Portsmouth should just volunteer to go down to Coca-Cola 2 since they’re headed there in a couple years anyways.

  36. Isaac says:

I’m not sure, but I believe that was Paco ripping that righty effort from a good 24-25. Somewhat easy for the goalie, but it was NOT easy to handle.

Another shot, this one well wide from Jose.

  37. Isaac says:

3-0 Pachuca!!! Wonderful finish from Benitez. Gomez is set to come in. Looking good for the Tuzos.

  38. CJ in OC says:

Herc is on the field at 57′

  39. Isaac says:

Gomez draws a foul on the right hand channel.

  40. Jim says:

Time to see if he can poach a goal with America being embarassed tonight.

  41. Isaac says:

GOOAL…or maybe not. I think it was Torres who put it in… nope, not gonna count.

  42. Isaac says:

Apparently the free kick was taken while there should have been a substitution going on.

  43. CJ in OC says:

I think it was… but he wasn’t the one that picked up the yellow

  44. ericJ says:

    That was suspect…

  45. Isaac says:

Damian Manso has been sent off I think. His second yellow of the game. Didn’t look yellow worthy, especially considering he already has been booked. He had a slight tug on the shoulder of a player and while it deterred his run a bit, it wasn’t yellow worthy, if you ask me anyways.

  46. CJ in OC says:

is America really looking that bad? i haven’t been watching the whole thing, and i see that America is out-shooting them 16(2) – 6(4)… granted those on target numbers are huge

  47. Isaac says:

Oh my….That was a HORRIBLE open net miss by the America forward. Montenegro I believe his name is? Yeah, that’s not exactly helping the giant wound America are going to walk out of here with.

  48. CJ in OC says:

he was fortunate to get a good deflection, and gets around the keeper, only to hit the side netting

  49. Ted Decker says:

there’s a feature on andy najar.

  50. guwinster says:

Allsopp had a hat trick in DC’s 4-0 win vs. Portsmouth. That’s gotta be by far one of the worst foreign team ever to tour the US.

  51. Jim says:

Yeah with 6 signed players on the roster, it’s going to be a long ride down the pro/reg chute for them. Pompey, League One is calling and they want you for 2011.

  52. FredMontero says:

    link to

Edu scored and won a penalty in Rangers’ 2-1 win over Blackburn.

  53. Sodyba says:

    Yes, i will enjoy 😉
