  1. Alex says:

goal from Buddle in the 75h min to tie the game

  2. Edwin in LA says:

Only 1 minute in the game and Buddle scores his 1st of the season!

Should of had two but they called him offsides, it did NOT look like offsides and if it was it was within millimeters, which begs the question aren’t you suppose to let play go on when it’s very very close are not absolutely sure of the call?

Oh well, at least Edson got one, now only thing I wish we could see is Bobby Wood and Joe Gyau getting PT in their respective Bundesliga 2 teams.

Bobby WOods’ TSV 1860 Munich won 4-0 today and had a 4 goal lead with about 15 or 20 minutes left, not sure why he couldn’t get 10-12 minutes in that game? =(

  3. Mig22 says:

Poor Etherington suffered the curse of being on my fantasy roster. He’s broken now.

  4. jones says:

    Somebody score! Come on.

EPL full of nil nil draws this weekend.

  5. Edwin in LA says:

    Anybody watching Brondby?

  6. ericJ says:

Gatt plays for Molde right? dont see him out there.

  7. Burlington Chelsea says:

Hate dropping points in the first week but Stoke is always tough to break down. Especially at the Brittania Stadium.

  8. Edwin in LA says:

Yeah where are you watching that game at?

  9. OT says:

The Premier League is becoming boring.

Liverpool does not have “IT” this season.

Arsenal does not have “IT” this season.

Chelsea does not have “IT” this season.

We’ll find out whether Man City has “it” on Monday night.

Man Utd is a machine, with too many replacement parts available even when several first-teamers are out.

  10. yaya says:

“The Premier League is becoming boring.”

It’s the first weekend but thanks for sharing debbie downer..

oh look west brom just bored.

  11. ericJ says:

    there was a link at a t d h e . f m

  12. jones says:

I agree with you that overall, this has been a lackluster weekend, but come on man. It’s the first week. Always takes time to get into the groove; the big guns will be back at in in no time.

  13. timmytwoshoezzz says:

    Good point yaya…….zzzzzzzzzz

  14. OT says:

    Manchester United = The BORG

  15. Joamiq says:

Anyone have a link to a clip of that De Gea howler?

  16. Ed says:

Kljestan went 90 again for Anderlecht, Bedoya went 90 for Orebro

  17. ACS says:

Westberg had a clean sheet against Nice, he might need to be brought in for a look.

  18. OT says:

Joe Corona will start for Xolos Tijuana.

DaMarcus Beasley will start for Puebla.

Kickoff now on Azteca America and FOX Deportes.

  19. adub says:

    anyone watching puebla vs tijuana

  20. jones says:

A bit of tired of RM and Barca. I think I will primarily go with the France vs Nigeria U20s since I’ve been following that tournament, and check in on the other occasionally.

  21. jake says:

bedoya just tweeted “not happy w/ my miss of the year”

  22. Spectra says:

Wow what is with Barcelona!!! Messi and Villa have barely touched the ball 18 min in.

  23. Eric says:

I swear to god I didnt know Messi was in the game.

  24. Atletico Man says:

Madrid playing thuggishly as usual. But Barca can’t keep possession.

  25. Byron says:

wow Villa with a mastery of a goal. Barca 1 vs. Real Madrid 1

  26. Atletico Man says:

    Messi to Villa to glory!!!!!!!!!!

  27. fischy says:

Well, VIlla had a sweet goal 15 minutes later. Are you happy now?

  28. Byron says:

that was a beauty of a goal

  29. Eric says:

    There’s Messi

  30. Atletico Man says:

Now Messi is lighting up Madrid. Madrid has more opportunities, but Messi doesn’t need as many.

  31. MSNats says:

Two sweet goals by Villa and Messi, but also some pretty shoddy defending from RM.

  32. Todd says:

    Lionel Messi. Wow.

  33. Todd says:

Barca not even really getting their Barca on. Just 2 great golazos from Villa y Messi. RM looked the better side for most of the first half.

  34. Francois says:

Messi was extremely fortunate on his goal, but he finished it well.

  35. Jon says: now says that Cesc to Barca is agreed.

  36. Red White & Blue Porker says:

Everyone’s defense looks shoddy against Barca.

  37. adrian says:

Madrid playing like complete thugs so far. Every time iniesta or messing touch the ball they are hacked or pulled down.

So sick of seeing football like this.

  38. adrian says:

Okay this is pathetic, something needs to be done about Madrid. Saddens me to see this crap. They are averaging more than a foul a minute I think.

  39. Eric says:

That looked like it should have been a penalty.

  40. adrian says:

Wow Marcelo should be gone for that

  41. Ralph says:

    Madrid… Madrid…

Tough to be a fan at this point. Mourinho HAS to go. That isn’t soccer, it’s ref-allowed thuggery.

  42. Ralph says:

Oh, and how in the world did Marcelo escape from that minute of play with only a yellow card?

All for decisions going my way, but law of the game that was a clear penalty, a red card for the goal scoring denial from behind, and then the yellow he was given for the other tackle.

Ref was batting .333 for that inning… too bad he’s not playing baseball.

  43. adrian says:

Good on you for not being a homer about that. My cousins in Madrid want him gone, lot of the Madridistas don’t appreciate the cynical crap.

I just stopped yelling and shook my head at that last segment, these refs are afraid of Mourinho after he ruined that other officials life.

  44. Ralph says:

Oh yeah, I forgot about that. Wasn’t the man getting death threats and was forced to retire as an official and move his family?

Mourihno might be a good coach, but he is a piece of crap human being.

I remember the head of UEFA Officials called him the “enemy of football.” The controversy section on Wikipedia is like a 1/3rd as long as the entire section on his career.

  45. Judging Amy says:

i love the barca crushes people have. no comment on valdes’ blatant trip on CR?

its a physical game my friends.

  46. Ralph says:

    That is infuriating.

You cannot be standing 2-3 yards offside when a shot is taken and then be allowed to just tap it in on the rebound. Atrocious work from the linesman, that may have been one of the easiest calls to make all tournament.

  47. Eric says:

My comment was about Ronaldo. I wasnt very specific but i was talking about that foul.

  48. adrian says:

The linesman in this u20 match is having a shocker.

Brazil’s goal was a few yards offside, and Spain has had 3 or 4 guys in on goal called offside when they were not. Commentators making note now and actually talking about it.

  49. Brent McD says:

Golazo Moffat! Against the Timbers — his former team. Nice

  50. Brent McD says:

and yes! Ching! on a nice nutmeg assist from Clark

  51. chris says:

It was nasty and dynamo with another. 2 – 0

  52. Brent McD says:

wow, Ching flubs an absolute sitter. but did it go over the line? very close. Ching really should have buried that one and left no doubt.

  53. Ralph says:

    Haha, what?

Ching definitely just scored his second goal, that definitely appeared to roll all the way over the line.

The official called it off from almost half freaking field, how could he possibly have seen that?!

  54. Ralph says:

Replay shows it was pretty far back and he had to reach for it, no fault of his.

But that definitely rolled over the line at the end. Galavision just freeze-framed it and the ball was completely over the line.

  55. Brent McD says:

I agree. Looked like a goal to me
